Does Vila Punta have a pool?
Yes, there is an outdoor saltwater pool in the garden, heated and with a sea view. The pool is seasonal, free for guests and open to all ages, with loungers beside it.
What type of room can I book?
Vila Punta offers a 40 m² Standard Double Room and a 30 m² Standard Single Room with Sea View. All rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Does Vila Punta have a restaurant on site?
Yes, the on-site restaurant serves international and Croatian dishes including fresh seafood, with vegetarian options. It is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea, and there is also a bar on site.
Is parking free?
Yes, free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
How far is Vila Punta from the beach and Paklenica?
The sea is a few steps from the villa, Kozjača Beach is around 2 km away and Paklenica National Park about 11 km. Zadar Airport is around 48 km away.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, a hot tub is available for guests, and a spa tub is also part of the room bathrooms.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. The whole property is non-smoking and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
