Vila Punta sits directly on the shore and offers an outdoor swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers, a terrace and a well-kept garden. The pool is seasonal, heated, saltwater and has a sea view, and all ages are welcome. A hot tub is available for relaxing, while children have their own playground.
Every room has air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with a bath and bidet, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a desk, a seating area and a private entrance. The whole house is smoke-free, with parquet or carpeted floors in the rooms.
There is a restaurant and a bar on site, and breakfast is freshly prepared every morning. Free WiFi is available in public areas, and free private parking on site does not need to be reserved. A pool table is available for an additional charge.
Guests can also use invoicing, fax and photocopying services, a safety deposit box, fire extinguishers and CCTV outside the property. Staff speak Croatian, English and German. Pets are not allowed.
